Here to Help You Find Greater Balance, Clarity, and Self-Trust.

If you've spent years being the person who holds everything together, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs along the way. On the outside, you likely appear capable, dependable, and successful. On the inside, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself.

If you're ready to stop simply pushing through and start feeling more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself, you're in the right place.

Therapy Centered Around Reconnecting with Your Inner Axis

I believe therapy is most effective when it helps you better understand yourself while also creating meaningful change in your daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that lasting growth happens through both insight and action.

Life is constantly changing, and the goal isn't to feel perfectly balanced all the time. It's learning how to recognize when you've been pulled off course and developing the self-awareness and self-trust needed to realign. Together, we'll explore the experiences, beliefs, and coping strategies that may be keeping you stuck while building the tools and confidence needed to navigate life with greater balance and resilience.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based interventions, and person-centered care to support meaningful and lasting change. Most importantly, I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that you need to have everything figured out.

Why This Work Matters to Me

Throughout my career, I've worked with people who are thoughtful, capable, and resilient, yet often feel weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion. Again and again, I've seen how easy it is to lose connection with yourself while trying to meet expectations, care for others, or simply navigate life's challenges.

That belief inspired the name Inner Axis. To me, therapy is not about fixing who you are. It's about helping you develop a steadier connection with yourself so you can navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, self-trust, and stability, even as circumstances change.

What continues to inspire me about this work is witnessing people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and begin creating meaningful changes that extend far beyond symptom relief. As people gain insight into the patterns shaping their lives, they often discover greater self-trust, confidence, and balance than they thought possible.
